Haqeeqat (Hindi: हक़ीक़त, Urdu: حقیقت, translation: Reality) is a 1964 Hindi war-film directed by Chetan Anand. The film stars Balraj Sahni, Dharmendra, Priya Rajvansh, Sudhir, Sanjay Khan and Vijay Anand. the music is by Madan Mohan and the lyrics by Kaifi Azmi. The movie was based on the 1962 Sino-Indian War. It won the National Film Award for Second Best Feature Film in 1965.
The film was screened retrospective on August 12, 2016 at the Independence Day Film Festival jointly presented by the Indian Directorate of Film Festivals and Ministry of Defense, commemorating 70th Indian Independence Day.[1][2]
Plot[edit]
Set against the Sino-Indian War of 1962, the film's main plot concerns a small platoon of Indian soldiers in the hilly terrain of Ladakh. Captain Bahadur Singh (Dharmendra) is a keen young soldier who falls in love with a Ladakhi girl, Angmo (Priya Rajvansh), while posted in the region. Adobe photoshop cc 2014 serial number list. On a visit to Kashmir and Ladakh, Bahadur Singh’s father, Brigadier Singh (Jayant), receives news of creeping encroachment by Chinese troops along the border and orders Major Ranjit Singh (Balraj Sahni) to send his officers to secure the posts. Thus begins the struggle of the soldiers, who await further instructions while facing a wily adversary. [3]

Haqeeqat (English: Reality; Hindi: हकीकत) is a 1985BollywoodPolitical film, produced by Vijay Soorma and Rajeev Kumar under the Vidya Shree Films banner and directed by Tatineni Rama Rao. It stars Jeetendra, Jaya Pradha in the pivotal roles and music composed by Bappi Lahiri.[2][3] The film is remake of the Telugu movie Neti Bharatam (1983), starring Suman, Vijayashanti in the pivotal roles.[4][5]
Plot[edit]
Inspector Arjun Singh (Jeetendra) is an honest and brave police officer. He is assigned the duty of a police station. He soon tries to bring law and order back. He gets to know that criminals in his area being supported by local politician Ajgar Pandey (Prem Chopra), who with the help of SP Suraj Paul Singh (Sujit Kumar), Advocate (Bharat Kapoor) and Dr. Mathur (Om Shiv Puri) rule without fear. He comes across various people of a labor colony and becomes their savior, He also comes across a lady known as Lanka Laxmi (Bindu) who runs a brothel. From the same brothel, he rescues his old friend Bharti (Jayaprada) who had been put into prostitution without her will. He decides to teach Laxmibai a lesson and tries to uproot the system of corruption. Will Arjun succeed in his mission? Or will the powerful and corrupt rule makers of this locality ruin his life, and defeat him in his fight against the system?[6]
